Please arrive promptly at your scheduled appointment time to ensure a high-quality experience. Deposits: Due to the limited availability of slots, we require a 25% deposit for all booked appointments. The remaining balance will be paid at the time of your appointment. Cancellations: To avoid forfeiture of your deposit or Groupon voucher, please ensure that cancellations are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or arriving late, requiring cancellation or rescheduling, will result in the loss of your deposit or Groupon voucher. Refills: Please book your refills as soon as possible as schedules may fill up in advance. 1 week refills are 1-7 days from your previous appointment with us, 2 week refills are 8-14 days, and 3 week refills are 15-21 days. New sets are required after 22 days. We also offer refills for sets done at other salons at our 3 week refill price. Guests: Due to space constraints, additional guests are not permitted in our salon. Note: Prior to receiving services, all clients are required to sign a liability waiver. In the unlikely event of any reactions, we provide complimentary lash removal; however, refunds are not issued. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to our rules.
